Paying a Claude Pay invoice
How to pay — in under a minute
Pick the method you're using. Each guide shows the real screens, in order, from opening the app to seeing the payment go through.
Your checkout page shows a short code. It has to go in the note / reference field when you send the money — that code is how your payment is matched to your order. Without it, your order won't confirm on its own.
Binance Pay
Scan the QR on your checkout page — no need to type an ID.
- 1Open Binance and tap the scan icon in the top-right corner.
- 2Scan the QR code on your checkout page.
On a computer? Screenshot the QR, then use Upload QR code. - 3Enter the exact amount shown on the page.
- 4Tap Note to Payee and type your reference code.
- 5Confirm. You'll see Payment Sent, and your order updates by itself.
bKash
Use Send Money — not Payment.
- 1Open bKash and tap সেন্ড মানি (Send Money).
- 2Enter the number from your checkout page. Copy it rather than typing from memory.
- 3Enter the exact amount shown on your checkout page.
- 4On the PIN screen, put your code in রেফারেন্স (Reference). It's easy to miss — it sits right above the PIN box.
- 5Enter your PIN and confirm.
Nagad
Same idea as bKash — the reference field shares a screen with your PIN.
- 1Open Nagad and tap Send Money.
- 2Enter the number from your checkout page.
- 3Enter the exact amount shown on your checkout page.
- 4On the next screen, type your code into Reference before your PIN.
- 5Enter your PIN and tap Next.
+I forgot the reference — what now?
Don't send it again. Contact the shop you were buying from and give them the transaction ID from your payment confirmation; they can match it by hand.
+How long until my order confirms?
Usually under a minute. If it's taking longer, keep the page open — it updates on its own, and you don't need to pay twice.
+I sent the wrong amount
Send nothing further. Contact the shop with your transaction ID — a payment that doesn't match the invoice amount needs a person to sort out.
+Is my money going to Claude Pay?
No. Claude Pay is non-custodial — your money goes directly to the shop's own bKash, Nagad, Binance or wallet account. It never passes through us.
